JC PERREAULT – HEAD OFFICE

JC Perreault’s distribution centre is a new multifunctional installation offering its visitors very high-quality facilities. This building, the most prestigious in Saint-Roch-de-l’Achigan, was executed in record time thanks to the design-build model. This major construction includes 180,000 square feet of warehouse and more than 100,000 square feet of stores and administrative offices spread over 3 floors.

IND DEV – 7 300 CÔTE DE LIESSE

GKC ARCHITECTES

In partnership with Devmont, this new construction is SINA’s second development project in 2022. Designed in partnership with architecture firm GKC, this new building will revitalize a site currently abandoned on the edge of a highway. The grade A industrial building, with a surface area totalling more than 141,000 square feet, will welcome a new tenant in the spring of 2024. The project is aiming for LEED Silver certification and will have an underground parking lot that will accommodate 50 vehicles.

IND DEV – VALLEYFIELD CR SLITTERS

ZZA ARCHITECTES

The Valleyfield industrial project is SINA’s first development project. This large-scale building, to be delivered in July 2023, will house Refendoirs CR; a pioneer in the field of flat steel and aluminum slitting and transformation in Canada. The 230,000 square feet building will offer its tenant a steel structure designed to accommodate 8 overhead cranes with a capacity of 30 tons each and the 16-inch-thick reinforced concrete slabs will be able to accommodate storage of a load of up to 5,000 pounds per square foot. The site to receive CR Slitters was strategically selected for its proximity to the Port of Valleyfield, which has established itself in recent years as a major Canadian port in terms of steel transport.

ROSEFELLOW IND 9.0 (CONGEBEC)

GKC ARCHITECTES

SINA is working as general contractor in partnership with its client for this project, which will be delivered in July 2023 to host Congebec; a key player in Canada’s food supply chain. This construction is not a simple industrial building; rather, it is a giant freezer that establishes itself as one of the largest buildings of its kind in Canada. In addition to the 225,000 square feet area deliverable to Congebec, this building benefits from an additional industrial section of 100,000 square feet provided for storage. Together with its professionals, SINA has designed a system of underground basins accommodating a total of 340,000 gallons of domestic water to supply the tenant’s specific fire protection system! A major challenge met with great success!

JC PERREAULT – ENTREPÔT ET CENTRE DE LIQUIDATION

Following the delivery of their St.-Roch de l’Achigan Head Office in 2021, JC Perreault decided to renew their confidence in SINA for this new construction. JC Perreault,a Quebec leader in the furniture and household appliances fields, needed to increase its storage capacity on an area of over 250,000 square feet and selected a site adjacent to their brand new head office and 285,000 square foot Distribution Center completed a year ago. Deliverable in the summer of 2023, this new building will allow the company to increase, centralize and optimize its operations in a single location.

ARCHIPEL

Cormier Lefebvre

The Archipel project, an imposing store located in the Cousineau shopping centre in St-Hubert, continues to capture attention near Highway 30 with its prestigious main entrance which makes it its central point. Including greenhouses on more than 30,000 square feet, the project has everything to make heads turn!

ROSEFELLOW IND 2.0 (NESPRESSO)

GKC

Rosefellow’s Reverchon project brings together class A industrial rental spaces. This impressive distribution centre, designed in collaboration with architectural firm GKC, sports simple and noble architectural lines. Thanks to our integrated design process, the construction of this 325,000-square-foot building was completed in a record time of only 10 months.

ATS CONTAINERS

Zinno Zappitelli

Between the Lachine Canal and Ville-Émard, the ATS project is helping to restore this aging industrial sector with its new curtain wall, brick and aluminum facades. ATS trusted us for the quick and efficient construction of their new office tower. Nearly 18,000 square feet, spread over three office floors with a large roof terrace for employees.

PLACE D’AFFAIRES SAINT-ROCH-DE-L’ACHIGAN

AEdifica

Located in Lanaudière’s magnificent natural setting, this major high-end project totalling 45,000 square feet houses both industrial and commercial spaces. With its modern design and wood-like materials, the building stands out. Within its walls, the front part of the building is dedicated to offices and commercial spaces while the rear part houses storage and production spaces.

FIBRO

Asselin Architecte

In order to increase its production capacity, Piscine Fibro, pioneer of in-ground fibreglass pools in Canada, chose to trust SINA for the implementation and construction of their new factory and administrative offices covering over 35 000 square feet which will allow them to triple their production.

NAVADA

2021-2022

NEUF Architectes

Ranked as the largest HVAC company in Quebec, Navada chose to work with SINA for the expansion of its head office in Longueuil. Indeed, for SINA, this is a business partnership that has lasted for several years with this Montreal South Shore company. The interior layout of the building has been reviewed to include more space for workstations in addition to adding a 10,000 square feet expansion to be used in part for offices, but also for the storage of parts and materials. This change to the company’s head office will allow them to support their recent years’ rapid expansion.

SBMS – Phase 3

NEUF Architectes

A growing leader in the development of glass products across Canada, Euroverre, a company affiliated with SBMS, must expand its existing facilities in Terrebonne to meet its increasing needs. For this second expansion of the building, deliverable in the spring of 2023, this Quebec company trusts SINA for this 16,000 square feet project; which will allow them to continue their ascent.

GÉODEX

Geodex offers turnkey services and unrivalled know-how in piles, deep foundations, construction of retaining walls and marine works since 1973. It is with great pride that we undertook the construction, in St-Roch-de-L’Achigan, of a head office that reflects these specialists’ reputation. The 12,500 square feet building was built according to design-build principles in order to deliver, in the spring of 2023, a project that meets this prestigious client’s expectations.
