What are the main differences with the traditional approach?
The traditional project approach is based on design/proposal/construction. The client will hire an architecture firm and other professionals to elaborate the project plans and quotations. All the documentation developed at great cost is then sent to a general contractor for a construction quotation. This way of working brings several problems:
